The City of Courtenay (“the City”) intends to direct award a compact refuse collection vehicle to Rollins Machinery: • One (1) new Haul-All Super Curbster with flat tailgate and the following: o Ford 550 Diesel Chassis, 4x2, 108” CA and LH drive only; o Utility cabinet with hydraulics; o Bumper with lights and receiver hitch; o P600 high pressure wash system and auto retract hose reel; o Hydraulic cooler; o Strobe light and LED floodlight; and o Rear camera. • Total purchase price of $264, 611, excluding GST. Rollins Machinery is the sole authorized dealer for Haul-All branded refuse equipment in British Columbia and both are Canadian companies. This is the only refuse piece of equipment of its type manufactured in Canada. See the attached documentation for further information.
