The Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Energy - BARMM (MENRE-BARMM), through its Mines and Geosciences Services Division under the Mineral Resources and Geosciences Development Program, intends to procure the services of a qualified government laboratory agency for the paleontological and petrographic analysis of rock and sediment samples, in accordance with Section 53.6 (Agency-to-Agency Agreements) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
