This notice is not a Request for Quote, Request for Proposal, or an Invitation for Bid. The intent of this synopsis is to provide notice of a proposed contract action.
This is a notice of intent to issue a firm, fixed price commercial purchase order to SpaceNav, LLC, located at 2601 Spruce St., Suite A, Boulder, Colorado 80302 under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 518210 “Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services” with a small business size Standard of $40, 000, 000.00.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS), Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO) Mission Operations Division (MOD) has a requirement for membership to the Space Data Association with a period of performance of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The place of performance for this requirement is NOAA Satellite Operations Facility (NSOF) located in Suitland, MD.
SpaceNav, LLC, is currently the sole industry provider for Web-based Space Situational Awareness set of conjunction assessment tools and services (WSSA), for conjunction analysis of Low-Earth Orbiting (LEO) spacecraft events, analysis visualization, risk assessment probabilities of events based on positional uncertainties, and design of collision-avoidance maneuvers.
