Notice of intention regarding the acquisition of subject system for educational-psychological service
IKT Agder IKS intends to enter into a contract with Visma Flyt AS for the delivery of the professional system Visma Flyt PPT for the PP services covered by the ICT Agder collaboration. The acquisition includes right of use, establishment, operation, maintenance, upgrades, user support and necessary integrations. The solution will support the PP services' professional and administrative case management, document management, archiving, communication, access management and processing of personal data. The estimated total value of the contract is NOK 7, 000, 000 excl. value added tax. The value is calculated for a total contract period of eight years and may be adjusted as a result of the final contract scope, agreed clarifications and price index regulation. The procurement is carried out pursuant to the procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b no. 2. The client considers that only the selected supplier can cover the overall need as a result of technical conditions related to existing integrations, role and access management, user management and requirements for data integrity.
