DiBK took over operation of the Norway Digital Area Plan Map (NAP) from the Mapping Authority from 1 January 2026. The client currently has an agreement with Norconsult Norge AS regarding the operation and management of a temporary solution for synchronizing planning data from the municipalities which is valid until 2026. The agreement was concluded after a competition was held in the autumn of 2025 and Norconsult Digital currently delivers the agreed services. The client needs to ensure continuity of operations during a transitional period until a new solution is in place and wishes to continue the agreement until 2027. management administration solution for the municipalities, monitoring, error handling, support and nightly delivery of updated data to DiBK. The assistance also includes support for municipalities that wish to connect to the synchronization solution.
