PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to award a one-time, sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to OZM USA, Inc., (CAGE Code 14PH7), 7650 US 287 Frontage Road, Suite 100, Arlington, Texas, 76001 to acquire one VeloreX Photonic Doppler Velocimeter (PDV) system. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, [Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies of Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements].
This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration-s System for Awards Management website, [SAM.gov]. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; and the Product Service Code 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. Vendors must be registered in the System for Awards Management, [SAM.gov], to receive government contracts.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement; and a proposal/quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall clearly indicate the firm-s experience, equipment/assets, background, and their ability to provide the required instrument without compromising quality, reliability, safety, accuracy, and schedule.
