NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
Design Bid Build for Construction of Army Reserve Center (ARC) Training Building
Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico.

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction of a 1400-member Army Reserve Center (ARC) Training Building in the vicinity of Fort Buchanan. Puerto Rico.
As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:
Brand Name Sole Source - HID Global ACS card readers and Tyco ACS access controllers that will need to be compatible with the current installation equipment and ACS.
Brand Name Sole Source - Honeywell Fire-Lite Commercial Fire Alarm Communicator that will need to be compatible with the current installation network.
Brand Name Sole Source - Monaco radio alarm transceiver that will be needed to be compatible with the current installation network.
*This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 10:00 AM ET on 19 July 2023 to [email protected].
