In accordance with FAR 13.501(a), Sole source (including brand name acquisitions), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District (NWW), intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Emerson Process Management Power & Water Solutions, Inc., 200 Beta Dr, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15238, for governor oil pump unloader valve assemblies.
Lower Monumental Lock and Dam requires replacement governor oil pump unloader valve assemblies for existing Pelton C310 and C90 governor oil pumps. The replacement system must be designed to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and meet performance standards for reliable operation. Justification attached for only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and requests for such a document will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
