Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 8(a) Procurement to Trutta Environmental Solutions, LLC, for the Environmental Services Blanket Purchase Agreement

U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial services purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 19.8 on a sole source basis to Trutta Environmental Solutions, LLC. This procurement is for Environmental Services. The contractor shall provide Environmental services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541620 with a Small Business size standards in dollars is $19, 000, 000.

This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist Alexandria Duckett at Alexandria.D.Duckett@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on April 21, 2023.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice.
