Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(c), intends to sole source the purchase of SmartPM user licenses for 1 base year and up to 4 option years.



Unlimited Users for:

SmartPM Access for 75 projects per year.

Home Support 15 projects per year.

Enhanced training for 5 Area offices (base year only)



USACE New York District, is requesting to enter into a services agreement with SmartPM Technologies Inc. for Construction Division (CO) to effectively analyze and monitor construction schedules on all active contracts, in a scalable fashion. Use of SmartPM will provide CO a means to evaluate construction schedules on a regular basis, quickly and efficiently, on all projects. In addition, the analytic output of SmartPM, will serve as a project controls tool that will be utilized to reduce the risk of delays, overruns, and resultant claims as well as a tool that will drastically reduce the dependency on consultants and attorneys. SmartPM is currently being successfully deployed across multiple districts of USACE as the system of choice for analyzing data related to project performance, risk, and claims in a scalable, efficient and cost effective manner.



This is not a request for competitive proposals or a request to respond to a solicitation. Interested parties may provide specific information to the Army regarding their product for consideration as to whether their product meets the government's needs.



The SmartPM platfiform will provide the following project controls analytics and reports at each schedule update period:
