The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to American Towers, LLC 116 Huntington Ave, Boston Massachusetts 02116, for a one-year renewal of its Radio Communication Site Lease in Houston Texas. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
