DESCRIPTION:
The 673d Contracting Squadron on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) contract under RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by RFO 6.103-1, Only one (1) responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Phillips corporation, CAGE 3MPQ0. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION:
This FFP contract is for a non-personal service to provide technical and human machine interaction programming and preventative maintenance to the Metals Technology Maintenance Squadron shop-s 5th axis vertical milling machine.
