NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 5), Washington DC VA Medical Center located at 50 Irving Street NW, Washington DC, 20422 is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source award IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements per 41 USC §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This is for OsmoPRO MAx Automated Osmometer, Product No. OsmoPRO MAx for Washington DC VA Medical Center. The Washington DC VA Medical Center have already OsmoPro Max system that is in use in the lab. Standardization of the equipment is vital to ensure standardization of supplies.Advanced Instruments LLC., is the sole provider of the OsmoPRO MAx Automated Osmometer in North America, associated accessories and services. Services to be rendered Soley by Advanced Instruments certified technicians including installation, training, and validations services, preventative services and repairs services. The place of performance is Washington DC VAMC, 50 Irving Steet NW, Washington DC, 20422. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
