Description
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on behalf of the Office of Risk Management and Regulatory Affairs (ORMRA), intends to negotiate with MOODY'S ANALYTICS, INC of New York, NY on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to procure a data subscription service that provides housing market analysis, sales transactions, single property valuation and analysis, comparable real estate sales, commercial property data, 25-year house price index forecast by Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), and climate data risk scenarios. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to issue a five year (one 12-month base year; and four 12-month option years); firm fixed price; sole source award contract to MOODY'S ANALYTICS, INC, a large business.
