The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center, Office of Purchasing and Contracts (OPC), on behalf of the Department of Transfusion Medicine, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to Blood Bank Computer System Corporation (BBCS) for a one-year Express Maintenance Software Maintenance Service Agreement. The Department of Transfusion Medicine requires continued support, software services, and licenses for the BBCS proprietary Blood Donor Software Application.
