Description

This is a notice of intent, NOT a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will NOT be issued, and quotations will NOT be requested.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Bio Fire Defense LLC of Salt Lake City, Utah 84107-2663.

The purpose of this acquisition is to procure testing kits from Bio Fire Defense LLC for the continued provision of clinical testing at the Clinical Center with existing instrumentation located within DLM. (i.e., Film Array Analyzers) These instruments provide rapid, efficient, and sensitive detection of nucleic acid (DNA) from clinical samples, which allows for timely identification of the presence of infectious agents and hastens treatment. The period of performance is from 05/13/2024 to 09/30/2024.
