NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Project Title: Automatic Wire Test Sets (AWTS) -02 configuration (P/N: 100000-02)

- United States Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) - PMA 260

General Services Administration hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Automatic Wire Test Sets (AWTS) -02 configuration (P/N: 100000-02) to Eclypse International, 341 S. Maple Street, Corona, CA 92878, UEID L713BX37N933 on behalf of the United States Naval Air Systems Command.

The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6 Limiting sources. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the Automatic Wire Test Sets (AWTS) -02 configuration (P/N: 100000-02) requirement described herein may provide a response and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. All responses received in writing by December 30, 2025, will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the supplies outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
