The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21, on behalf of the San Francisco VA Health Care System, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with: O.R. Elder Inc. 1270 Broadway, Suite 404, New York, NY 10001. The San Francisco VA Health Care System has a requirement one (1) Voyager DSLT Laser Console (Manufacturer Part Number 900498901) and one (1) Voyager DSLT Treatments, box of 40+ 40 Speculums (Manufacturer Number 100385792). The Manufacture is Alcon.
O.R. Elder Inc. has been determined as the only one responsible source as determined in accordance with procedures prescribed in FAR 12.102 and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101. The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Government-s intent to solicit and award a non-competitive purchase of these items.
