This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion, 185 9th Cavalry Regiment Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to the Association for Career and Technical Education, Inc. dba ACTE to provide rental of one (1) - 20' x 60' (1, 200 sqft.) convention booth space at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130 between 2 December 2026 through 5 December 2026.
This sole source award to the Association for Career and Technical Education, Inc. dba ACTE is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028).
