Pacific ((NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) on a noncompetitive (sole source) basis to Real-Time Innovations, Inc. (RTI): Unique Entity ID H293LTV8R2U3 / CAGE Code 03FH8.The requirement is for the following RTI manufactured (MFR) commercial software (SW) license and support products:Manufacturer: RTIPart Number: 899-20-85-00-03Description: RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription (25-99)Quantity: 4 EachPeriod of Performance (PoP): DOA ? 12 monthsThe Government intends to negotiate solely with RTI under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government?s requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies.
