Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Global Satellite Engineering, Inc. 1901 S. Andrew Ave Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, for 1-year airtime with 10-minute GPS reporting.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c) the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (Nov 2023) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (May 2024) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
