Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) in Irving, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to ELLIPTIC ENTERPRISES LIMITED in London, UK for blockchain analytics services.
