Notice of Intent to Sole SourceThe Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a sole source award to Collaborative Testing Services for various testing services for Trident Refit Facility, located in Kings Bay, GA under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Qualified vendors for this requirement must be ISO/IEC 17043 standard certified and able to provide all below listed required services. This contract is for a one-year service. The government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract for services, using the Simplified Acquisition procedures of FAR part 13, with an anticipated award date of 30 December 2019.Required Test Services: Tensile Properties: Pre-Machined Round Steel, Fastener Wedge Tensile (10 degree), Rockwell Hardness: C Scale, Microhardness: Knoop/Vickers Indenters, Rockwell Hardness: Extern.Threaded Fasteners, Chemical Analysis: Nickel-based Alloy, Chemical Analysis: Copper-based Alloy, Chemical Analysis: Carbon and Low Alloy Steel, Chemical Analysis: Corrosion Resistant SteelAll responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.All responses to this notice must be in writing.
