The manufacturer of Cypres AADs, Airtec GmbH & Co Safety Systems, has identified SSK Industries as their exclusive authorized distributor of the items. As such competing this requirement on the open market is not reasonable.

This procurement is being made pursuant to FAR 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All qualified sources must respond no later than the date and time specified under General Information within this special notice.
