Description
The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry that a sole source contract action, below the simplified acquisition threshold is intended to be awarded to AIRLINES REPORTING CORPORATION (ARC), under the authority of federal acquisition regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1. This sole source contract shall be awarded on or later than May 10th 2024. US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) requires access to ARC-s Travel Intelligence Program (TIP) for law enforcement and national security purposes as TIP uniquely provides users the capability to search airline transactional information from its ARC COMPASS® database.
