This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 16.S0S(b)(2)(i)(G). This proposed contract action is a new requirement and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the Agency.
