Notice is hereby given by the City of Burnaby of its intent to renew a contract with Project Execution Group Inc. for PMWeb project management software annual maintenance fees for a 12 month period commencing July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.The estimated annual contract value is $86, 520.00 including taxes.
The City of Burnaby did not call for competitive proposals for the following reasons: Benefit from Project Execution Group Inc.-s unique and proprietary knowledge of the PMWeb software system. The contractor has demonstrated experience with the supply, development, implementation and support of the PMWeb Software system to the City-s satisfaction; To the City-s knowledge, Project Execution Group is the only reseller of PMWeb in Canada; and The impact of introducing a new software provider would significantly affect overall costs as well as resources.
