The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

East: Halifax Line (Rt. 28)
West: Raynham Line
Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7, 400
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7, 500
Space Type: Office
Parking Spaces (Surface): 30
Full Term: Fifteen (15) years
Firm Term: 120 months
Additional Requirements:
* Space shall be contiguous on one floor.
• Space shall be located on the second floor or above.
• Space shall not be located on the top floor.
• Proposed building cannot house immigration, probations, public defenders, and/or social services.
• Proposed building cannot be within 1, 000 feet of residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation clinics and/or day care facilities.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
