Notice of intent eID solution IKT Agder IKS intends to enter into a 4-year agreement with Buypass AS for the use of an eID solution based on FIDO2. The client needs a secure authentication solution that supports passwordless login and is phishing resistant authentication. The solution is to be based on the FIDO2 standard and integrated with the existing IAM platform. The client considers that exemptions from the obligation to announce can be used in accordance with § 13 3 of the Procurement Regulations, as there are technical relationship/exclusive rights or necessary compatibility that makes competition impossible.
