Description
This is a notice of intent is to issue a limited-source procurement in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(c) under the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
This requirement is for Cellebrite Inseyets Online Pro, and its associated training package. This procurement is restricted to Cellebrite contract holder and their authorized dealers as designated under their respective DoD ESI Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 - Software Publishers. The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Marine CorpsInstallations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Carahsoft Technology Corporation, located at 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 100, Reston, VA 20190.
The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA intends to award this requirement to either DoD ESI BPA contract holders or their authorized dealers listed under their respective Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA):
