The Fort Hood Health Contracting Branch, Fort Hood, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source Contract to HH/Killeen Health System LLC under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation RFO (FAR) 12.102 (a) For acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source is available to provide the use of sterile processing department (SPD) for the Carl R.
