Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Ft. Hood (MICC-Ft. Hood) intends to issue a sole-source award to ESIM GAMES, LLC (UEI: TH8JLZF91L19) for Steel Beasts Professional Software Licenses under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
