Description
The United States Coast Guard (CG-7213) hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Teel Technologies Training Passport Program. This procurement is for a 10-pack training package which will allow USCG Digital Forensic Examiners (DFE) to attend advanced forensic training from a commercial industry leader. Courses include: Joint Training and Analysis Group (JTAG), In-system Programing (ISP), Chip-Off, Bootloader, Board Level Repair, Embedded Hardware (EHAAT), Advanced UAV Forensics, SQLite, and Network Forensics.
Teel Technologies has the training facilities and personnel to provide these unique and highly specialized services in training law enforcement personnel in advanced forensics.
The total estimated value is less than $40, 000.00.
This sole source contracting action is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the item/s included in this requirement. Teel Technologies. SMALL BUSINESS; NAICS 611430.
Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objectives. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation for future requirements regarding the Teel Technologies Passport Training Program. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
