Description
This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1). This notice is for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This acquisition will be sole source Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), 7575 Colshire Drive, McLean, VA 22102-7508, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code 5FVX5, Unique Identification pursuant to the authority, Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (B) and (iii)(A) and (B), “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”
The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 - Engineering Services. The Government intends to award a sole source cost plus fixed fee, (CPFF) and Cost No fee contract to NGSC. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) for this requirement: 30 September 2025 - 29 September 2028
General Requirements: Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation: European Command (EUCOM), Building Partner Capacity, Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD) & Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), Field Service Representative (FSR), Engineering Support, Technical Support, and Maintenance Services for Eastern European NATO Nations.
To provide the necessary FAAD & AMDWS, FSR, Engineering Support, Technical Support, and Maintenance Services for Eastern European NATO nations.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
