The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to BW Electric, Inc. UEI No.: YK3ULD1EH6U9 for services - Annual preventive maintenance services for the existing Access Control System at Kayenta Health Center as required by the Security Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to BW Electric, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement.
