NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to UniverseIT, LLC for 6 CTS Classe365 Software Support.
The contract action is for software support services for which the Government intends to award on a single source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 09:00AM PDT, 04 March 2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
