The 181st Contracting Squadron at Hulman Field ANGB, IN hereby gives:
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE - to INDIANA HOCKEY CLUB, LLC to provide military recruitment advertising services during sporting events for the Indy Fuel Ice Hockey league season at Fishers Event Center
The requirement to perform these tasks must be located at the previously specified sports complex in order to meet the needs of the 181st Intelligence Wing goal of outreaching to their intended target audience.
The business will be providing:
VENUE TRADEMARK RIGHTS & DESIGNATION15 second digital feature three (3x) per game at 36 Indy Fuel home games throughout the season15 second digital feature three (3x) per game at 8 Fishers Freight home games throughout the season
2 In-ice logo placement on opposite sides of the rink for full arena visibilty at all 36 Indy Fuel Home games
Event Center Concourse Signage - 1 static concourse signage placement within event center thought the year
Minimum of 2 ad rotations per hour vis concourse televisions throughout the venue during Indy Fuel & Fishers Freight regular season home gamesParticipating partner status of one (1) Game night sponsorship with the Indy Fuel and/or Fishers Freight including Military Appreciation Night, or other agreed upon game nightOpportunity to activate on-site (Ex: engage with fans, recruitment, etc..)Inclusion in team eNewsletter blasts and all additional marketing efforts to promote sponsored game nightOpportunity for service members to participate in an in-game activitySeats for Service program offering seats to members at eventsOpportunity to set up one (1) 10x10 activation space to engage with fansOpportunity to reach youth and participate in youth sports in the state of IndianaExposure on websiteSponsor to be included in a minimum of five (6) Newsletters throughout the Indy Fuel seasonSponsor to be included in a minimum of five (4) Newsletters throughout the Fishers Freight se...
