This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Summit Point Facility pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) February 11, 2026. Point of contact is Naomi Collier at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov.
