Description

Description: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. The ACC-APG Tenant Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Lake Erie Portable Screeners (PITBULL), Inc. Cage Code 864N4, Small Business.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), Tenant Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), 6472 Integrity Court, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005 has a requirement to procure the following:

One (1) diesel-powered portable screener to conduct screening and clearance of hundreds of dirt mounds located throughout Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). These mounds originated from many construction sites in APG and date as far as many decades ago.

Part: PITBULL 2300 Portable Screening Plant Deutz 4 cyl. Tier 4 final Diesel powered. New plant quoted in the standard configuration. Less wire cloth (screens) Wire cloth priced and ordered in addition to base price of screener as required by Customers application.
