Consulting Assignments incl Program Evaluation - Social Services
Summary Details:
Notice is hereby given by the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner (the Office) of its intent to enter a contract with Kelln Consulting Inc. to provide expertise in:
1. Designing fit-for-purpose stakeholder data management and reporting systems in Borealis stakeholder management software;
2. Developing a practice and standards implementation framework associated with Borealis stakeholder relationship management software;
3. Revisioning of the organizational engagement strategy with focus on a balance of rights holders and duty bearer targets; and,
4. Developing ongoing training and compliance processes for stakeholder data management from a human rights and decolonial based approach.
The contract value for the term May 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 will not exceed $70, 000. The Office may, at its sole discretion, exercise its option to extend or renew the contract for up to two (2) additional, one (1) year terms, subject to the agreement of both parties.
