Description
PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a one-time, sole-source, fixed-price contract to Trinity Dynamics, for the purpose of procuring Trinity Video Wall hardware AND Software renewal on existing installed video wall on behalf of CJIS. TThis NOTICE OF INTENT Sole Source Award to Trinity Dynamics is for WallBoard Modernization for CJIS. CJIS needs a tech refresh of the video wall to future proof its use for the operations center. It will allow for the replacement of End of Life equipment. The original install was done by Trinity in 2018.Trinity is the owner of the embedded software for the equipment purchased for this project and because they own the software used for the system, this is a sole source requested upgrade. This work will be done in phases. Prices have been compared against GSA vendors and found to be comparable. Trinity is also able to provide the installation.
This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 811212 Computer and Off ice Machine Repair and Maintenance.
The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Jonathan Johnson via email at [email protected] by Friday, March 21, 2023 (12:00 pm Eastern). Only timely email responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
