The City of Leduc is proceeding with the following procurement: Notice is hereby given by the City of Leduc (City) of its intent to contract with MRF Geosystems Corporation for an Integrated Enforcement Solution. This procurement is estimated at approximately $74, 520 for the initial term including implementation. Renewals, additional modules, or other components would be additional. It is the intent of the City to award this procurement for the following reasons: • The City requires an electronic ticketing system that supports both Provincial (Alberta) and Municipal Enforcement infractions (bylaws). The MRF Enforcement Platform was developed in partnership with Enforcement Officers. • The solution has a fully integrated records management system (RMS) and e-ticketing system, allowing both applications to communicate and operate seamlessly together; online and offline access, 30+ configurable digitized forms, information is synced removing duplicated data entry. • Strong reporting component and emphasis on statistical reporting, increasing the availability and integrity of data. • Robust and reliable customer service and support. • The system feeds directly into Alberta-s administrative penalty system (APIS), Justice Online Information Network (JOIN). • MRF Municipal Solutions offers a range of modules relevant for enforcement and municipal use.
