60, 000 public users in the Agder region. Today's server room is located in a building belonging to Agder County Municipality. In order to strengthen the security and robustness of our infrastructure, we plan to move the server room to a new one location with a significantly higher level of security. IKT Agder needs to rent space for servers and network equipment for its OnPrem solutions. No hardware is to be acquired, only rack rental with associated infrastructure, including: • Power supply with high uptime and redundancy (including aggregate solution) • Efficient cooling • Scalable fiber connections between buildings • Physical security and access control • The location must be manned by security guards 24/7 • The supplier must have the following certifications ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 • Max. 1 hour travel distance from IKT Agder's office locations to ensure quick access to own equipment when needed • Rack located in two separate buildings for increased redundancy • Scalability and flexibility • Access to fiber lines from all major Norwegian suppliers with delivered capacity of at least 100 Gbps to our racks • Lockable racks with access only for authorized people • Possibility of physical access to own equipment 24/7 IKT Agder intends to enter into an agreement with Bulk Infrastructure AS.
