Notice of intent - acquisition of a complete budget and reporting tool Clients Sykkylven municipality and Stranda municipalityBackgroundSykkylven municipality and Stranda municipality jointly intend to enter into an agreement with Framsikt AS for the delivery of a budget and reporting tools. Purpose The purpose of the procurement is to provide the municipalities with a modern and holistic management tool for planning, budgeting, ongoing budget changes, reporting and decision support. The solution must also facilitate for effective interaction between the municipalities and support existing organizational and professional work processes. Assessment The municipalities have assessed available solutions in the market and concluded that Framsikt AS is the only supplier that can deliver a solution that sufficiently fulfills the overall functional and technical requirements related to municipal financial management, including requirements for integration with the existing system, data model, reporting structure and interaction needs between the municipalities. Alternative solutions will require extensive adaptations, new integrations and significant restructuring of existing work processes, which is considered technically and economically disproportionate. The municipalities therefore consider that in reality there is only one supplier who can cover the need.
