Command Counseling Center, LLC. meets the National Fire Protections Associations (NFPA) 1500 standards for providers.Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition:Command Counseling Center LLC is considered a sole source due to the specialized training of all therapists in the first responder culture and trauma exposure, its crisis response delivery methods, and program support processes.Recommended Procurement Approach:For the reason stated above, Clay County Purchasing Department intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to contract with Command Counseling Center LLC for supplying the above.
