Thank you for your patience in relation to the Integrated Home and Community Support Services contract going to tender. We acknowledge that you expected this tender process to be going live in April but we will no longer be issuing the tender this month. We are getting better clarity around the service and acknowledge that the market may need some more time to prepare.
In the meantime, what we can say at a high level to support your preparation, is that we will likely be looking for respondents who can deliver Integrated Home and Community Support Services either regionally or nationally. We will likely accept responses from organisations who deliver all services through their own employees, or sub-contractors (Primary supplier) and from organisations operating under a Management Service Organisation* (MSO) model.
