Description : Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) the services described herein. Contractor agrees to provide the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Rickettsial Disease Laboratory (VRDL), Microbial Diseases Laboratory (MDL), and the Training Laboratory (TRNL) Programs the services described herein. Contractor shall provide annual on-site preventive maintenance and repairs of reference thermometers and laboratory weight sets identified in Exhibit A, Attachment I, and II of this agreement in accordance with manufacturer¿s recommendations and specifications. The Contractor shall provide all labor, including travel, per diem, materials, and equipment required to perform reference thermometer and laboratory weight set PM repair and maintenance.
