Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a notebook (1 pc.), specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the equipment. The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2025), have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment.2) The scope of the order includes: purchase and delivery of the equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, including unloading, bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to SWZ4) Deadline for order completion: up to 21 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contractor may shorten the order completion date compared to the required deadline indicated above. The offer providing for a shortened implementation period will receive points in the evaluation of the offers using the criterion of selecting the most advantageous offer5) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Supply Management Department, ul.
