1) The subject of the order is the supply of notebooks (7 pcs.), specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the equipment. The offered equipment must be brand new, unused, from current production (not older than 2024), and have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the area RP.2) The scope of the order includes: purchase of equipment along with delivery, transport, unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service; 3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ; 4) Completion date orders: up to 11 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The completion date is the criterion for evaluating offers. The contractor may offer a shorter completion date in relation to the above. deadline. The offer that provides for a shortened implementation period will receive points in the evaluation of offers using the offer selection criterion the most favorable one.5) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Science and Technology, ul.
