The FAA is issuing the Challenge Based Acquisition for NOTAM. All interested parties should pay close attention to the instructions in the Challenge Based Acquisition Document as well as the Phase I Request for Concept Papers.
Questions regarding the Challenge Based Acquisition and/or Phase I Request for Concept Papers are due by Friday, February 16, 2024 at 4PM EST- NO ExCEPTIONS. Questions must be submitted to angel.jones@faa.gov AND nia.glover@faa.gov. To ensure receipt, both parties must be copied and the subject line should read FAA NOTAM Challenge Question. Concept Papers are due March 1, 2024 at 4PM EST- NO ExCEPTIONS.

LIGHTNING PARTNERING SESSIONS
Purpose: The Government encourages the creation of strong vendor teams, with the ability to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities in the development of an innovative and scalable service-based solution for the origination-management-distribution of Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) and Aeronautical Information (AI). NOTAMs and AI are highly regulated data sets and vendor(s) and/or vendor teams should demonstrate relevant compliance to these requirements across the entire NOTAM and AI need, to develop successful concepts.
To encourage such partnerships and teaming, the Government intends to provide the opportunity to participate in a virtual Lightning Partnering Session on 17 January 2024, 2pm - 4pm EST.
Approach: Companies will be given the opportunity to present their capabilities for the purpose of partnering with other companies for this Challenge-Based Acquisition (ChBA).
